About the Opportunity
We currently have a Full Time Team Leader position vacant in one of our high support houses in Baulkham Hills.

We’re looking for a Team Leader to support 2 men in their late 40’s who enjoy activities such as cooking, theatre & keeping active with rounds of golf.

About You
What we are looking for:

– Experience in supervising a team
– Experience in supporting individuals with an Intellectual Disability
– Experience supporting individuals with challenging behaviours
– Ability to effectively plan and prioritise workload
– Demonstrated ability to create and adhere to structured routines
– Demonstrated ability to maintain professional and accurate client records
– Competent decision making skills
– Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain links with families
– Willingness to work across a range of shifts; including weekend and sleepover shifts
– Willingness to be On call (phone provided)
– Current driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle
