About the Opportunity
We currently have 2 x Part Time contract positions vacant in one of our high support houses in Baulkham Hills. We’re looking for outgoing and energetic Support Workers to work with a young man with Autism. He is highly sociable with a positive attitude who loves spending time listening to music and keeping active outdoors.

What we are looking for:
– Experience in supporting people with intellectual disability
– Experience supporting people with challenging behaviours
– Experience liaising with family members of people with disability
– Willingness to work across a 24/7 roster with a range of shifts including split, weekends and sleepover shifts
– Willingness to complete personal care
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Computer literacy and ability to use Microsoft Office suite
– Current NSW driver’s licence and a reliable, fully insured vehicle
– Current Working with Children Check
