We are currently looking for a full-time Senior Manager- Accommodation and Shared Living in our High Support Accommodation Program. This program provides 24 hour support to adults with intellectual disability living in shared accommodation models. This role would be responsible for overseeing a number of shared accommodation models, House Managers and their teams. What we are looking for:

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in NDIS processes including plan meetings, SIL and SDA
• Demonstrated understanding of the role and functions of the Quality & Safeguards Commission
• Ability to adapt to a changing work environment
• Ability to lead and develop individuals and large teams
• Extensive experience in supervising staff and incident investigation
• Ability to oversee the co-ordination of day to day operations, of a cluster of shared living models
• Ability to maintain professional and accurate records
• Ability to effectively plan and prioritise workload
• Extensive experience in rostering
• Demonstrated ability to develop and work within a budget
• Strong decision making skills
• Experience in supporting people with challenging behaviours
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated commitment to the rights of people with disability
• Demonstrated skills in computer applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook
• Willingness to be on call
• Current driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle To Apply
